Question 1

Do I need to know how to code?

Accepted Answer

No. Connect the AI you already use once at /mcp-docs. Ask for one result, such as publish this page. The agent does that step on your project. You read it back at /s/ or /a/. Developers go deeper at /for-developers. Studio assembly is /services.

Question 2

When do I pay AgentStack?

Accepted Answer

A personal plan is Free, Premium $15, or VIP $45: energy, your files, and personal project slots. A business plan is Launch $29, Business $69, Scale $199, or Enterprise. The personal plan does not raise a project. Your own AI does not require AgentStack AI. Details at /pricing.

Question 3

If I have several products, how many plans do I need?

Accepted Answer

One business plan covers the projects inside that business. You can add as many as you need. Active projects are how many run at once. Personal slots are 5, 25, or 99, and business projects do not count. A preview or generation is not a separate subscription. Details at /pricing.

Question 4

Do teammates add another subscription?

Accepted Answer

People join a project by role. Adding a member does not add a subscription. Member caps belong to the business plan. A personal plan does not change them. Bring your own AI. AgentStack AI is optional.

Question 5

How fast can I get a live link?

Accepted Answer

Say: publish this page. An AI with AgentStack connected returns /s/{project_id}/{bucket}/. /demo is a one-hour try with no account. The same publish is on /host-site if you are already there.

Question 6

Can I try hosting without signing up?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for about one hour. /demo reserves a bucket and a live /s/ link — no card. Keeping the site and the agent means you sign in. Payments are a later ask. A full storefront is at /s/2/demo-store/.

Question 7

Is AgentStack just a website builder?

Accepted Answer

No. The same stack powers shops, subscriptions, bookings, messenger, agents, and APIs — with 720+ catalog actions, Logic Engine, and RAG on one project. Payments are a later ask. You can start with a simple hosted page and grow without replatforming.

Question 8

Can I sell from the same link I host?

Accepted Answer

Say publish this page, then say take payment. Both stay on one project at /s/. Charges go through AgentPay. Plan fees are on /pricing.

Question 9

Can I export my project if I leave?

Accepted Answer

A project admin starts an export pack and gets a manifest and a job id, not every table. On-prem is not a current product.

Question 10

What happens if traffic spikes?

Accepted Answer

Queues and rate limits are on the platform. Paid plans bill usage past the plan limits. Availability figures on /trust are targets, not a promise that the site stays up.

Question 11

Can I add chat, support, or my own messenger?

Accepted Answer

Yes — messenger and support threads are on the same project as the hosted site. In-app support is for signed-in users. A public widget.js embed is not live.

Question 12

What is a business organism on AgentStack?

Accepted Answer

A business organism is a project head with attachable organs — treasury, child projects, and sharing rules in one command center. Builders: follow /dev/docs/operate/business-organism-setup after sign-in. Operators: open Discover → Guides and search business organism.

Question 13

Can I run a grounded knowledge assistant?

Accepted Answer

Yes — apply a knowledge policy template and smoke-test the playground (Dev shell). Builders: /dev/docs/operate/knowledge-policy-launch. Need hands-on help? See /services/knowledge-mentor.

Question 14

How does LLM energy and BYOK work?

Accepted Answer

Agent runs can debit prepaid LLM energy or route through your own API key (BYOK). Configure in project settings → LLM. Builders: /dev/docs/secure/llm-energy-byok. Plan limits and pricing: /pricing (live matrix, not static doc counts).

Question 15

Where are step-by-step guides in the product?

Accepted Answer

Signed-in builders use five cookbook hubs at /dev/docs/{build,scale,secure,operate,extend}. User-shell operators: open Discover → Guides (same recipes, shell-aware links — not duplicate /user/docs hubs).

Question 16

What can I build with AgentStack?

Accepted Answer

SaaS, shops, games, marketplaces, messengers, AI products, fintech, and APIs — one project for hosting at /s/ or /a/, backend, commerce, and agents.

Question 17

How do I get started with AgentStack?

Accepted Answer

Connect the AI you already use at /mcp-docs and say the outcome. /demo holds a /s/ page for about an hour with no account. /host-site publishes a file if you are already on that page.

Question 18

What is a project_id?

Accepted Answer

Your isolated slice of the platform: hosting buckets, data, API keys, wallets, shop, and messenger share one numeric id — so growth never forces a migration.

Question 19

What is 8DNA?

Accepted Answer

AgentStack's unified data model for projects, users, and modules (hosting, commerce, social). One schema, snapshot cache, REST, SDK, and MCP access.

Question 20

What is the Logic Engine?

Accepted Answer

Server-side rules and triggers on your project data — no worker VPS to maintain. Free business tier: 10,000 Logic calls/month per business (shared by its projects). Overage and limits: /pricing.

Question 21

What is the Buff System?

Accepted Answer

Composable capability modules (commerce, social, RAG, hosting) you attach to a project. Docs: /buffs-docs and /ecosystem-docs.

Question 22

Are auth and payments included?

Accepted Answer

Sign-in and roles are on the project. Say take payment, and the agent sets AgentPay checkout on that id. Plan fees are on /pricing. A percent of successful charges is separate from the plan fee.

Question 23

What are /user and /dev shells?

Accepted Answer

After login, AgentStack opens a dual-shell SPA: /user for day-to-day operators and /dev for builders (docs cookbook, Compass ⌘K, APIs). Same project data — different navigation density. Discover is the capability map for both.

Question 24

Does AgentStack include CRM?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Project-scoped CRM (contacts, deals) on unified 8DNA with REST, MCP, and SDK — open /dev or /user project CRM workspace. Marketplace deals and support threads stay on their own planes; see docs cookbook recipe crm-workspace-basics.

Question 25

Is messenger built in?

Accepted Answer

Yes. DMs, channels, and support threads are for signed-in users via social.chat.*. A public widget.js embed is not live.

Question 26

What is the difference between /s/ and /a/?

Accepted Answer

/s/ = static HTML and ZIP sites. /a/ = SPAs and game clients on that project. Auth is on the project. Payments are a later ask. Guide: /hosting/full-stack-project.

Question 27

Is the backend really free?

Accepted Answer

Auth and data come with the project. Payments are a step you ask for. Plan fees are on /pricing. A percent of successful charges is separate. Limits: /hosting/free-backend.

Question 28

Can I use my own domain?

Accepted Answer

Custom domains are on the roadmap. Today the address is /s/ or /a/. Say publish this page to an AI with AgentStack connected. Updates: /host-site.

Question 29

How does hosting compare to Firebase or Vercel?

Accepted Answer

AgentStack adds full BaaS, MCP, messenger, shop, and Logic Engine on one project_id — not static hosting alone. Honest comparison: /why-agentstack.

Question 30

How much does AgentStack cost?

Accepted Answer

Personal: Free, Premium $15, VIP $45 (energy, your files, 5/25/99 personal projects). Business: Launch $29, Business $69, Scale $199, Enterprise custom. No cap on how many projects a business can add. Table: /pricing.

Question 31

What if I hit free tier limits?

Accepted Answer

Projects and data stay. New resources may pause until you upgrade or usage falls. Plan fees are on /pricing. A percent of successful charges is separate from the plan fee.

Question 32

Does the free plan expire?

Accepted Answer

The free plan does not expire. Higher limits are on /pricing. That is not a promise of $0 until you earn. Upgrade from /pricing or project billing.

Question 33

Does AgentStack support AI agents and MCP?

Accepted Answer

Yes — agentstack.execute with 720+ catalog actions (GET /mcp/actions). Agents can run projects, hosting, billing, RAG, and messenger. Start: /for-developers, /llms.txt.

Question 34

Can Cursor or Claude manage my project?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Point any MCP client at agentstack.execute for DNA edits, deploys, commerce, and chat ops — same catalog developers use in CI.

Question 35

Is RAG included?

Accepted Answer

Per-project document collections with REST and MCP retrieval, paired with Logic Engine for agent workflows.

Question 36

Can I host and monetize on one project?

Accepted Answer

Yes — /s/ for the site and /shop for the catalog stay on one project. Wallets and checkout are a later ask.

Question 37

What is Storefront Studio?

Accepted Answer

In-app studio mode (?mode=studio) to plan, apply, and undo bulk product fill and publish a hosted vitrine — same Commerce Kit as embeds and checkout. Cookbook: storefront-studio-seed under /dev/docs/operate.

Question 38

How is AgentStack different from Firebase or Supabase?

Accepted Answer

AI-native MCP (720+ catalog actions), messenger, RAG, Buffs, Logic Engine, and /s/ hosting on one project_id. Fees are on /pricing. A percent of successful charges is separate. Details: /why-agentstack.

Question 39

Where is the SDK and API docs?

Accepted Answer

@agentstack/sdk for REST and commands; OpenAPI at /api-docs or /dev/docs/api; live console at /sdk-demo; how-to hubs at /dev/docs/{build,scale,secure,operate,extend}; keys at /quick-start.

Question 40

Where do I find guided how-tos in the app?

Accepted Answer

Signed-in builders: /dev/docs narrative hubs and recipes, or Discover (/dev/discover, shortcut G D). Platform Compass (⌘K) ranks recipes, playbooks, and modules. Public mirrors stay at /api-docs and /mcp-docs.

Question 41

How do webhooks work?

Accepted Answer

Per-project signed webhooks for payments and DNA events. Setup and HMAC verification: /webhook-docs.

Question 42

How is security handled?

Accepted Answer

RBAC, scoped API keys, optional 2FA, audit logs, and strict project isolation. Enterprise: SSO/SAML. Posture and evidence: /trust.

Question 43

Can I ship games here?

Accepted Answer

Host clients on /a/, IAP via wallets, realtime chat, leaderboards via Logic Engine — /hosting/for-games walks through a typical setup.

Question 44

Is there an enterprise offering?

Accepted Answer

Enterprise is a plan with dedicated support and a grant pack at /grants. Availability numbers are targets, not a certified uptime contract. Contact sales for SSO, private capacity, and custom terms.

Question 45

What are Grant OS and Proof-of-Task Rails?

Accepted Answer

Grant OS helps compose evidence packets for grant programs (/dev/grants-os). PTR anchors multi-chain task proof timelines (demo at /grants/demo). Both sit on the same AgentNet evidence plane — not a separate product silo.

Question 46

How do I get support?

Accepted Answer

Community on free; email and priority on paid (/pricing). Docs: /api-docs, /mcp-docs, full list at /faq. Signed-in users: profile → support or project support threads.

Question 47

Is hiring the studio the same as a monthly plan?

Accepted Answer

No. A monthly plan is your account: you ask an AI with AgentStack connected, and the agent publishes on your project. Studio work is us assembling that project. Hiring us is optional.

Question 48

Are the prices on this page a public offer?

Accepted Answer

No. Amounts are planning estimates in US dollars. You sign a written contract before work starts. Sending a brief is not a contract.

Question 49

How is this different from a custom rebuild?

Accepted Answer

We assemble on the AgentStack project you keep instead of a greenfield custom stack. Planning bands on this page are estimates for orientation — not a quote from another vendor. A signed contract names scope and price; SaaS plans stay on /pricing.

Question 50

What is in the knowledge mentor package?

Accepted Answer

A Telegram mentor that answers from your files, safety rules, a quality check, and an admin for your team. We do not name a live customer without their OK.

Question 51

What is not included in the first week?

Accepted Answer

Outside course platforms and extra chat apps until you share logins; your own domain name as generally available; perfect answers without your content.

Question 52

How do I request work?

Accepted Answer

Open a package and send the short form. We reply from the studio mailbox. Do not paste passwords.

Question 53

Can I build it myself instead?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Publish yourself, pick a monthly plan, and browse live examples. Hiring the studio is optional.

Question 54

Is this a bank or a PCI certificate?

Accepted Answer

No. We set up access rules, roles, and bot safety on AgentStack. We are not a bank, we do not sell a financial license, and a gap review is not a PCI or audit certificate. Company single sign-on is not generally available.

Question 55

What does app assembly include?

Accepted Answer

Login, roles, your data, screens for customers and your team, and one working path (site, shop, support, or knowledge) on your account. We do not rebuild you on a custom stack.

Question 56

What kinds of projects can you build?

Accepted Answer

Apps, course sites, shops, creator sites, sales pipelines, chat mentors, support inboxes, and access reviews — all on your AgentStack account. Live examples are linked from this page. A grant win is never promised.

Question 57

Do the numbers add up to a package price?

Accepted Answer

No. They are estimates. Adding rows is not a bundle total. A signed contract names the real price and timing.

Question 58

What is AgentStack sandbox and canary rollout?

Accepted Answer

Tenant apps fork 8DNA environments with generation=N and promote via generation.* MCP (diff, promote, canary.advance). Starter+ enables sandbox depth; canary traffic split is optional. Distinct from Business Organism head/child projects.

Question 59

What is AgentStack Business Organism?

Accepted Answer

A head project coordinates child organ projects (CRM, storefront, bots) with a command snapshot rollup. MCP business.* actions manage the org tree — not the same as 8DNA sandbox parent_uuid lineage used for canary config.

Question 60

How do I sell digital products?

Accepted Answer

Say that to the AI you already use. It runs commerce.sell.activate on your project. You read the store link back. Studio help is at /services/host-sell.
