Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AgentStack at agentstack.tech, including the API and the AgentStack plugin in ChatGPT or Codex.

Acceptance

By registering, accessing, or using AgentStack you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of the service

AgentStack provides a backend platform: API, auth, data storage, hosted sites, file storage, rules, and an MCP server. The ChatGPT and Codex plugin calls that server for the action you ask for. The plugin does not start a new subscription, a credit purchase, or a card charge inside the chat. An account you already have keeps the features already included in it.

We may modify or discontinue a feature with reasonable notice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep API keys and passwords secure. Tell us at support@agentstack.tech if you believe someone else is using your account.

Plans you already have

If your account is on a paid plan, the fees are those already shown for that plan. This plugin does not display a checkout and does not start an upgrade. You may stop using the service at any time.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data and content you store. You give AgentStack permission to process and store that content so we can provide the service. AgentStack names, software, and documentation stay our property.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent the law allows.

Termination

You may stop using the service and ask us to delete the account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if a charge that is already due is unpaid, or when we must stop the service. Where notice is required, we send it to the email on the account.
